| Our company Lankord represents entrance metal doors in the market. From for the different sizes of our production we do metal doors to sell. Naturally it is difficult process which represents a long technological chain. First of all doors metal mean correctly measuring which can be trusted only to professionals. After measuring entrance doors on the orders are delivered to the master in shop. The steel door becomes individually under your aperture. Base cost is specified for an aperture: 2100 mm. - 950 mm. The additional area is not considerable for base cost. |

The metal door consists from:
- Sheet of metal of 2 mm.
- A box with (from simple to strengthened)
- A cloth (single-layered / two-layer) thickness 40 mm with rigidity edges;
- Cashing in on box perimetre
- Filling with mineral cotton wool for heat and sound insulation
- 2 anti demountable probes
- 2 door loops on a spherical emphasis or on bearings
- Furnish: Leatherette, the panels of economy class, MDF, Panel, Mirrors.
- Eye GDS-180 of degrees
- Locks: safe type, code.

| The Russian companies make loops: simple loops, diameter 18-20 mm., length 100-120 mm. A lack of such loops that after 5 - 7 years working planes of loops wear out. The loop with a ball has diameter of 20-25 mm, length 100 - 120 mm. Unlike simple loops, use of a basic ball reduces a friction of working surfaces that essentially increases operation term. Loops with the latent bearing have larger diameter - 32 mm, length 100 - 120 mm. The bearing is hidden in a loop. It provides ease of a course of a steel door, reduces a friction, thereby, increasing operation term. |

As a result on a processed surface the durable layer of the enamel possessing durability, firmness to mechanical damages, and also anticorrosive properties is formed. Numerous color shades allow to create an organic combination of a steel door to space of an interior surrounding it.
- The natural materials, such as high-quality MDF, glued veneer sheet, a pine wood are used for decoration of steel doors of elite class.
- Sulfated or the cylinder lock establish on metal entrance doors, sometimes both simultaneously more often. The choice of handles also is individual.
- Terms of manufacturing of metal doors from the moment of the order - 7 working days. With heavy buyers, manufacturing terms are specified in the contract. |
