It is possible to make doors’s box from a profile pipe (a simple box (40х40х2 mm) and the strengthened box (50х40х2 mm), also with a platband and without. Simple box approaches for rather light doors in the size of 900× 2050 mm. The strengthened profile pipes are recommended for heavy steel doors. The box from the strengthened profile pipe is much more rigid and is less subject to deformation. Installation of platband also gives additional rigidity and more aesthetic appearance to the box.
Steel boxes from curved profile are good that the door’s cloth is drowned in a box. Such steel doors have the best appearance, and two contours of rubber sealants is possible to install on them that allows to improve heat-sound insulation. Steel doors provide high level of safety, interfere with unapproved penetration into a premises, a warehouse, office or a trading building. Modern steel doors give calmness and safety to their owners.
